Overview

You can attach files to tickets, useful for sharing design assets, data files, or other artifacts that the people working on the ticket may need.

Step-by-step

Adding an attachment to a ticket

To attach a file to a ticket, visit the ticket's page, then do any of the following:
  • Drag and drop a file from your computer onto the page. You can also drag and drop multiple files at the same time.
  • Hover over the page's central content area, then click the paperclip icon on the palette in the upper right corner and select the file(s) to attach.
  • Click into the ticket's description editor, then click the paperclip icon in the toolbar and select the file(s) to attach.
Each attachment is limited to 25mb. Your pricing plan may also have a limit on total storage.

Viewing or downloading an attachment

To view or download an attachment, visit the ticket's page. The attachments are displayed below the ticket's description. Click any attachment to view or download it. If the attachment is viewable by your browser, like a PDF or an image, it'll open in a new tab. Otherwise it'll be downloaded.

Removing an attachment

To remove an attachment, visit the ticket's page. The attachments are displayed below the ticket's description. Hover over the attachment you went to delete, then click the x button.
