You can assign a due date to a ticket. When a ticket's due date is one weekday away, it's highlighted in yellow, and when its due date is today or in the past, it's highlighted in red.
Ticket due dates are completely optional. You can choose to assign due dates to some tickets and not others, or you can fully disable due dates in your organization if it's not helpful to you.
To change a ticket's size, visit the ticket's page and select a due date from the dropdown at the top of the page.
The Admin Settings section is only visible to team members with the Admin role.
