Ticket sizing
You can assign a size to a ticket, which can be a helpful shorthand for your team to see and remember how much work the ticket is expected to entail.
Ticket sizing is completely optional. You can choose to assign sizes to some tickets and not others, or you can fully disable ticket sizing in your organization if it's not helpful to you.
To change a ticket's size, visit the ticket's page and select a size from the dropdown at the top of the page.
Constructor comes out-of-the-box with two common sizing schemes:
- T-shirt sizes: x-small, small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large
- Fibonacci points: 1pt, 2pts, 3pts, 5pts, 8pts, 13pts, 20pts, 40pts, 100pts
To change your organization's sizing scheme, visit Admin Settings | General. You can also disable ticket sizing if your team prefers not to use it.
Need a different sizing scheme? Contact us. Constructor supports arbitrary ticket sizing schemes, but they're not currently configurable in the Admin Settings UI.
The Admin Settings section is only visible to team members with the Admin role.
