Change history

Overview

Every change that a team member makes to a ticket is logged in the ticket's change history.
The change history isn't displayed by default, since most users refer to it only rarely, if ever. But it's there when you need it see who took a particular action on a ticket.

To view a ticket's change history, visit the ticket's page and click View history in the upper right corner.
